The fee structure for treatment atPSIvaries according to type of service provision. Please contact us at 248.674.4630 for prices.Many PSI clients elect to self-pay. There are various situations to consider:
- No insurance to cover the cost of treatment
- Inadequate insurance to cover the cost of treatment
- Client may not want to use their insurance
- Client may choose to use their insurance
Clients who are uninsured or under-insured, may be qualified to utilize our reduced fees for service. As a private corporation, we have the flexibility to assess each case and allow reduction in costs. We base the payment schedule on a number of factors, including entire household income and expenses. Call us today to discuss fees. We offer self-pay fees as well as a sliding scale based on the above data. To participate with our sliding scale program you will be required to provide household proof of income each month.Unless we have a formal agreement with your particular insurance carrier, and you wish to use your insurance, you will be required to pay our full fee at the time of service. We will bill your carrier for you and they will reimburse you directly. You will be required to bring your insurance information to your intake appointment for us to begin the process.
